Canada to Limit Low-Wage Foreign Workers and Immigration

The government will limit foreign worker hires to 10% of a company's workforce and reduce their work permits to one year. Trudeau cited a need to shift focus to Canadian training and technology. Discussions about possibly reducing permanent residency targets are ongoing.
