From 'The W' to Global Star: Aaliyah Edwards' Dream Journey

Kingston's Aaliyah Edwards is living her dream as a rookie for the Washington Mystics in the WNBA. After excelling with the UConn Huskies and briefly experiencing a tough start with the Mystics, she’s now averaging 8.6 points per game. Edwards, who played for Canada in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, is currently training with Team Canada in Spain for the 2024 Paris Games, aiming to contribute to their success and bring back a medal.
