Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 1,121 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates in the latest Express Entry draw, requiring a minimum CRS score of 694. This is the fourth draw this month, following others for PNP and Canadian Experience Class candidates. IRCC is increasing domestic draws to meet immigration targets and reduce temporary resident numbers. For 2024, IRCC plans to welcome 110,770 newcomers through Express Entry.
